Shadow puppets are so much fun. Classics such as the rabbit, the bird, the moose, and the dog are incredibly funny!

Inspiration can come at times when you don’t expect it … or accidentally … or surprisingly. I was taking pictures of shadow puppets and then previewed the results on my camera. I was thrilled with what I saw. The colours (not the purple and yellow of the photo above - I had some fun with that one) were amazing.

The skin tones where eerie, and the bright light in the background reminded me of something David Lynch (oh yeah, we’re deep into Twin Peaks right now!).

Ideas can either be used right away or if you’re lucky you have a back log of ideas that are filed away somewhere either physically or digitally. I think we have enough stored away to do us for a while … the challenge is picking which project suits the idea and which idea suits the project!
